This committee prepares job descriptions for all board-approved staff and contract positions. They recommend salaries for the same to the Finance Committee.
They conduct annual performance reviews and co-ordinate the obtaining of police checks.
Ministry and Personnel could be thought of as the liaison group between members and staff.
