Church Life > Sunday School
"These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up." Deuteronomy 6:6-7
Our children's ministries focus on teaching children about the importance of God in their lives. If we establish the pattern early on, their faith will be strong and it will help guide them not only through the challenging parts of their lives, but they will learn of their gifts and talents as God intended
Sunday School
Our very active Sunday School runs from September to June during the 9:30am service. Children from age 3 up join their parents in the service for the ever- popular children's story after which they go to their individual classes. The rotations are The Easter Story in April and the Journeys of Paul in May
During the summer months we have a Junior Congregation event for children 3 years to grade 4, and a Grade 5-8 program available during the 10 a.m. service.
Plans are beginning for the Children's Summer Gathering "Journeys with Jesus” at the 10 a.m. service from June 20th to September 5th . The children can look forward to many fun games, crafts, singing and drama as they explore some stories from the bible. “ Rainforest” our Vacation Bible Summer Camp is still accepting registrations for the week of Monday, July 19th to Friday, July 23rd, 9:30am. - 12pm.
